Tigran Gabrielian, 61, of Murrieta was arrested at a Newbury Park gas station after the Ventura County Sheriff's Office linked him to more than $113,000 in fraudulent fuel purchases using stolen credit card data. His truck concealed hidden fuel tanks and a pump system.
