Murrieta voters can cast ballots in person starting Saturday, Oct. 24, at the Alderwood Clubhouse on Baxter Road. It is one of 21 vote centers opening across Riverside County for the Nov. 3 general election.

The county's Registrar of Voters announced the rollout on Oct. 22. An additional 131 vote centers will open Saturday, Oct. 31, bringing the countywide total to 152. Five of those will be Super Vote Centers, one per supervisorial district, with extra check-in stations and voting booths to cut wait times.

Voters are not assigned to a specific location. Any registered voter can walk into any open vote center, mark a paper ballot or use an accessible touch-screen unit, and cast a vote. Residents who still need to register or update their address can do so at any vote center.
